He/Him/They/Them
Therapist
Robert is a licensed social worker/therapist who supports clients in moving past barriers of anxiety and/or depression, towards futures of creativity, purpose and joy. Robert strives to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where clients can slow down, connect with their inner wisdom, and discover what is truly possible for them. Clients who work with Robert are invited to bring compassionate awareness to what is anxious or hurting, often with attention to how feelings are experienced in the body. Robert believes the roots of well-being are already within, and he supports clients in tapping into their inner strengths as they work towards realizing their goals.
