Trappe, PA & Telehealth | Flexible Hours​

PA Horizons Counseling is growing! We're seeking a compassionate, motivated and skilled Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our trauma-informed, client-centered practice as an independent contractor. This part-time position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a supportive team through both in-person and telehealth sessions.

What You'll Do:​

​

• Provide therapy to teens and adults in a private practice outpatient setting 

• Utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches (EMDR a plus!)

• Build and maintain a caseload of at least 5 client sessions per week

• Participate in clinical supervision and consultation, with EMDR therapists receiving support to meet EMDRIA certification requirements

• Complete routine clinical documentation and scheduling 

• Practice with cultural humility and affirm LGBTQIA+ clients, embracing anti-racism and ongoing learning

• Work flexible hours that fit your schedule

Who You Are:

 

• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred; LSW or MA considered with relevant experience) 

• Passionate about mental health and working with diverse client needs

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and open to receiving supervision and feedback

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team 

• Interested in building your therapy skills and growing professionally

• Open to flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
