This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a trauma informed practice that prides itself on mentoring, teamwork and clinical growth. Clinicians will grow personally and professionally, as well as build relationships and programs within the community. 

​

Candidates must be comfortable delivering in-person or telehealth services from our office in Trappe, PA.

​

Clinician must build and maintain a minimum schedule of 10+ client hours per week. Facilitating one free support group per month is required. There are additional opportunities available to create and run relevant groups and workshops. Position is flexible, with day, evening and/or weekend hours. This is a 1099 (contracted) position. Benefits include a furnished office space, clinical supervision and consultation. EMDR Therapists will receive EMDR consultation to meet EMDRIA certification requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE,

BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• Assess and treat a full range of mental health issues in adults, tweens, and teens in a private practice, outpatient setting. 

• Demonstrate competency in utilizing evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches. Specialty training is encouraged!

• Collaborate with other team members to launch additional counseling services, presentations, and workshops.

• Provide services within the highest standard of professional ethics and sensitivity to cultural and ethnic diversity. Must be LGBTQIA affirming, practice through the lens of Anti-Racism, and receptive to training and consultation in these areas.

• Routine completion of required clinical documentation and scheduling of clients.

• Regular participation in staff meetings, supervision/consultation, and other team events.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Counseling.

• Active PA License to practice – LPC/LCSW/LMFT preferred, LSW or MA considered with relevant clinical experience.

• Must have at least two (+) years experience working with mental health disorders and possess relevant knowledge and training in evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Adheres to the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.

• Computer savvy, able to use electronic health records system, good organizational & time management skills. Must supply your own computer. 

• Available for 10+ clients per week. Schedule may be a combination of daytime, evening and weekend hours.
